Neil usually starts his days at 6am, everyday, greeting thousands of listeners by presenting an encouraging and uplifting dialogue format for the early risers.  Neil started with the ministry in 1989 while it was still in its infancy stages. In those days, Neil recalls how the music had to be lined up simultaneously using a turntable and a CD player, since 45’s were quickly fading into history with the inception of CD’s. Neil’s on-air format has developed over the years while listening to other announcers and gaining new idea’s that have been included in the morning programming.

Rarely does Howard not know the title or artist name of those aired at the ministry.  Howard’s ear for music started a long time ago, even when he was unaware his future included his current position at The Message For You. When asked, “What prepared you for your present?” Howard’s quick response is, “Praising God through circumstances and singing through the pain.” The early days of learning how to trust God for himself started when Howard ventured out on his own as a young adult.

I consider myself a very blessed woman.  My greatest gift in life is my beautiful family.  I began my journey at this ministry in May of 1992 taking care of the daily financial responsibilities.  I have had the privilege of taking care of the donations that have been faithfully given by great partners over many years.  In this journey, I have met some amazing people that have become like family.  God has shown Himself faithful through this ministry and this has impacted me in such a powerful way through it all.  I am excited about what God will accomplish through His ministry.

I joined the team in 2017. I love being on-air with Neil, but I love hearing testimonies so much more. It is an honor to hear so many people’s stories of how God has moved and changed their lives. I’ve been blessed with this position and the opportunity to still work at a salon which began in 2014. I’ve seen God move in both professions and I can not wait to see what God continues to do in this ministry.

Late Afternoon Announcer

Chad is new to the team as of 2022. He is a graduate from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Communications and Broadcasting. He is no stranger to the microphone. You can catch Chad leading worship for several different churches or maybe hear his music on Spotify. When he isn’t working, you can find him at a ball game with one of his 5 kids or spending time with his lovely wife. Chad started on our weekend shift and gradually made the switch to late afternoons. We are so happy to have him and pray that he is a blessing to you and your family as well.
